Below is a sample Kindle HTML file with no Table of Contents. Use this sample if your ebook is fiction and does not need a TOC. Clicking the link below will open the file in a new window. Copy and paste the code shown into a blank MS Notepad document (or any plain text editor). Save the file with an html extension, e.g. ‘mybooktitle.html’ (change the ‘Save as type:’ box to ‘All Files’ first). Change only the recognisable text in the file to your info and story text, do not change any of the code or tags unless you’re sure of what you’re doing (Tip: save a backup copy of the file before you try changing any code).
